CHARGED (“we”, “us”) publishes a newsletter and this website. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Email and subscriptions

When you subscribe, we collect your email address (and optionally your name if you provide it) solely to send CHARGED and closely related operational messages—e.g. confirmation, subscription management, or critical service notices.

Newsletter delivery and list storage may be processed by a third-party provider. That provider acts as a processor under your instructions; review their privacy policy when you connect an integration.

Analytics

We may use privacy-oriented analytics to understand aggregate traffic to this site (for example page views and referrers). We do not sell your personal data. If you add analytics scripts (e.g. Plausible, Fathom, or others), document the vendor here and respect consent rules that apply to your audience.

Cookies

This static site does not require cookies to read articles. Theme preference (light/dark) is stored in your browser’s localStorage only—no server round-trip.
